Thats right, the meteor didn't kill Shin Ghidorah except some of the dinosaurs and some other kaijus, for some reason Shin Ghidorah hibernated which is caused him to stay alive. Shin Ghidorah is a very intelligent creature from space which is wants to turn planets into his creations. But also he is the one who killed Quacapterix's mate.
