Dora, Dimitri Rascalov, Luna Minami, Kumi, Penny and Mitch, Moe and Joe, Pedro and Edro, Hunter, Pablo, Tyrone, Baby Bonnie Hood, Mercades, Mason, Diego, Denzel, Simon, Steve, Zoltan, Zayden, Wario, Waluigi, Floyd, Franklin, Peter, Burton, Earl, Alice, Evil Ben, Evil Holly, Wilson, Brewster, Koko, Sid the Science Kid, Whyatt Beanstalk, Kai-Lan, Evil Lucy, Kipper, Evil Steve, Evil Joe, Evil Kevin, Red, Max, Emmy, Jay Jay the Jet Plane, Horrid Henry, Evil Strawberry Shortcake, Dark Chase, Pamela Castro, Zombie, Squid, Shenzi, Banzai and Ed vandalize the GoCity Mall's walls and secretly blame it on Sarah West, therefore causing the police to arrest her even though she did not do it. In jail, Sarah West realizes that the troublemakers did it. She notifies one of the police officers that she did not commit the crime. Thus, the police set her free. Once Sarah West encounters the gang, she calls all of their parents to pick them up in order to send them to Behavior Modification Camp, where they are forced to do exercises. Once the troublemakers are at the BMC, they don't even improve their behavior. A week later, the parents pick them up from BMC and ground them and send them to bed early without supper for not improving their behavior at BMC.
